  • Founding seller signup: email address and (optionally) your name.

We do not require account creation on the public marketing site, do not use tracking cookies, and do not collect payment information through this website.

  • Confirm your founding seller signup via double opt-in.
  • Send you updates about BizTender and your founding seller spot.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about our services.
  • Improve our website through privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, email delivery infrastructure).

Data Storage & Retention

Subscriber data is stored in our Supabase database and delivered to you via Resend. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Data Security

We protect your information through:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all form submissions and page loads.
  • No personal information stored in URLs or client-side storage.
  • Security headers configured on all pages.

Your Rights Under CCPA

  • Right to delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.
  • Right to opt-out of sale: BizTender does not sell personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance data. These services do not use tracking cookies and do not allow us to identify individual visitors.

  • Supabase: subscriber database and authentication.
  • Resend: transactional and newsletter email delivery.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services.
